If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return item. Our goal is to keep our loyal customers happy.

Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the original packaging and unused. The package should be mailed back to the following address:

Your refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at European Accent. Unfortunately, your return shipping charges will not be refunded on all returns unless a product is defective or it arrived damaged. This includes any “Free Shipping” charges.
We do not currently have an exchange system in place. All exchanges are processed as returns. We will refund you for the product when it arrives and you can place a new order for any additional product you wish to receive.
If the item your are returning is damaged in transit on its way back to European Accent, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company you used in order to be reimbursed for the item. All claims must be filed by the “shipper”, which in this instance is you. FEDEX, UPS and all other delivery companies require this procedure.
